               2. Sparkler Filter/Zero holdup type filter press

               4. Condensers and heat exchangers

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger

  • Shell and Tube heat exchangers are typically used for high pressure or vacuum applications (with pressures greater than 30 bar and temperatures greater than 260°C. This is because the shell and tube heat exchangers are robust due to their shape.

  • Seamless tubes and baffle system for optimum heat transfer

  • Application: Solvent condensation, oil cooling, inter or after cooling, water to water cooling and gas to gas cooling, vaopur to liquid condensation.

  • Contact parts of S.S. 304, 316, 316L, non contact parts of M.S., S.S. 304, 316, 316L as per requirement

  • Heat exchange surface area of 2sq.m. to 100sq.m.

  • High efficacy heat transfer and robust fabrication.

Phase Change Heat Exchanger and Condenser

  • Used either to heat a liquid to evaporate (or boil) it or used as condensers to cool a vapor and condense it to a liquid.

  • In chemical plants and refineries, reboilers used to heat incoming feed for distillation towers are often heat exchangers To conserve energy and cooling capacity in chemical and other plants, regenerative heat exchangers can be used to transfer heat from one stream that needs to be cooled to another stream that needs to be heated, such as distillate cooling and reboiler feed pre-heating.

  • Heat exchange surface area of 2sq.m. to 100sq.m.

Falling Film Evaporators

  • Offers efficient evaporation of solvents and chemicals under vacuum.

  • The feed enters at the top of the calandria where a distributor ensures film formation on the inside surface of each tube. Presence of a thin film along the entire length of the tubes reduces holdup and residence time.

  • The vapor flow is co-current to the liquid and the vapor drag improves the heat transfer.

  • The vapor and the remaining liquid are separated in a cyclone separator.

  • Multiple effect arrangement provides steam economy. Low contact time makes it ideal for heat-sensitive product such as milk, fruit juice.

Forced Film Evaporators

  • Solvent recovery and/concentration by heating and evaporation in flash separator.

  • High capacity axial flow pump circulates liquid between calandria & flash separator.

  • The high velocity in calandria tubes prevents boiling in the tubes and promotes flashing in the separator. This eliminates scaling of heat transfer surface during precipitation or crystallization when the liquid attains higher concentrations.

  • Multiple effect arrangement provides steam economy.

  • Contact parts of S.S. 304, 316, 316L, non contact parts of M.S., S.S. 304, 316, 316L as per requirement Heat exchange surface area of 2sq.m. to 100sq.m.

  • Applications: Pre-concentration of scale prone liquids before drying. Evaporative crystallization.

  • Concentration for volume reduction. Concentration of organic & inorganic salt solutions etc.


               5. Volumetric Liquid Filling machines

  • Semi Automatic Liquid or Bottle Filling Machine

  • Volumetric filling capacity: 5ml to 5000ml depending on requirement

  • Filling speed: 200 to 700 bottles per hours depending on foaming proper to liquid to be filled. (Slow filling speed recommended for filling liquid like shampoo, face wash etc.)

  • Inlet diameter and height of the bottle that can be adjusted

  • Filling variation: less than +/- 1% depending upon the nature of the liquid.

  • Single or double head operation as per requirement
